The implementation responsibilities of the provisions of these rules are the responsibility of the suppliers of the types of goods covered, and the internal agreement between them and the sales intermediaries and after-sales service intermediaries will not negate the obligations and responsibilities of the suppliers.<\/p>\n
The conformity of the product with the invoice, the health of the product and the health of the packaging until the moment of delivery to the customer are the responsibility of the seller, and at the time of delivery, all of the aforementioned matters are certified by the consumer’s sight and signature. In the event of non-compliance, the consumer is allowed to make a request for a refund or replacement, and the seller is obliged to accept the aforementioned request.
Note: After the consumer confirms the health of the product, the seller is not responsible for any shortages, breakages, stains, and the like.
Suppliers and sellers are required to issue sales invoices in compliance with the defined criteria when selling their products.
Note: The invoice must contain the product specifications, stating the price, date and quantity of the transaction, precise determination of the terms of shipping and delivery of the product, possible costs of product shipping services, and a tracking code.
Suppliers are required to include the technical specifications of the product, the names of the equipment and additional devices available for installation, and provide the necessary technical information to the consumer or buyer through the consumer guide, and providing any false information or explanations that do not match the characteristics of the covered goods is an example of fraud in business.<\/p>\n
The supplier is required to accept responsibility for any inherent defects or defects that exist in the covered goods sold or that occur as a result of normal use of the covered goods during the warranty period and to take action to eliminate the defects and faults that prevent the desired use of the covered goods. If an inherent defect occurs within 90 days after installation of the product, the consumer can request a replacement or replacement of the purchased goods, and the supplier is required to take action to replace the purchased device according to the customer’s request and obtain the customer’s satisfaction, and in the event of non-availability, to refund the customer’s payment at the current price.<\/p>\n
Note 1: The customer must deliver the accessories (consumer guide and accompanying equipment) to the supplier when replacing the goods.<\/p>\n
Note 2: In the event of multiple and widespread defects or faults in the types of goods covered by the supply, the manufacturer and importer are obliged to take action to announce a recall of that product with appropriate notification and repair the defective goods, otherwise replace the goods.<\/p>\n
Note 3: In the event of a repeated defect during the warranty period, the consumer is entitled to request replacement of the goods with a new, similar product.<\/p>\n
Suppliers are obliged to establish a consumer complaint handling system in the company and all authorized agencies.<\/p>\n
If the supplier is unable to fix the product defect within 2 weeks during the warranty period and 2 months during the commitment period, it is obliged to provide a replacement product. Otherwise, upon the consumer’s request, they will replace 8 products with similar new products or refund the money (according to the current price of a similar new product with an annual depreciation deduction of 10% after the end of the warranty period).<\/p>\n
After-sales service intermediaries and authorized repair agents are obliged to provide the consumer with an estimate of the costs before providing repair services and, in the event of any possible change in the costs of repair and defect removal, to inform the consumer of these changes and, if the consumer approves, to provide services. At the end of providing after-sales services, an accurate invoice must be provided, including the types of services or standard parts provided and the price of each, separated by the type and title of the defect, the name of the service provider, the start and end dates of the services, and explanations related to the service guarantee.<\/p>\n
Non-free services:<\/p>\n
Supply of consumable parts other than those caused by defects in these items
Repair of defects caused by failure to use and maintain the device properly and abnormally according to the instructions included with the product or the occurrence of damage and accidents
Repair of defects caused by repair or manipulation by unauthorized persons
Use of surplus items in addition to the accessories included with the product
Unusual installation and repair outside of the items specified in the installation or use instructions
